Is a Florida licensed Anesthesiologist with post graduate training in Internal Medicine (PGY-1 and PGY-2) in Baltimore, MD. He received his Anesthesiology training at the University of Miami (U-Health School of Medicine). He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA). American Medical Association, Florida Medical Association and Florida Society of Anesthesiologists (FSA). He graduated from the Universidad Central del Este (Medical School) and undergrad studies include Miami-Dade and UCE.  He has been utilizing IV ketamine and hydration for over 22 years  and has extensive ICU training. He was selected for a Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship.

Dr. Robert de la Torre's 23 years of hospital and outpatient ambulatory centers, he has performed thousands of IV therapy treatments and has done extensive research on the newest IV therapy treatments including Ketamine for off label use such as Depression, PTSD, Anxiety, Chronic Pain and Parkinson's disease.
